Gel is the core of the menu. A gel pedicure runs about fifty minutes and begins with a soak, cuticle and heel work and an exfoliating scrub, then hot towels and a hydrating massage before the gel polish goes on. Gel manicures, gel polish changes on feet, and soak-offs cover clients who want polish applied, refreshed, or removed. Builder gel is offered for natural nails, using a thicker gel than standard polish, and builder gel fills are generally booked two to three weeks apart with no soak-off required.

Nail art ranges from quick single-step designs, such as dots, french tips, chrome, cateye, small flowers, or accent nails, to multi-step designs across three to five nails per hand. Clients who bring inspiration pictures for complex work can send them to Mikayla through Facebook or Instagram. Gelx is the salon's extension system. According to the salon, Gelx typically holds for three or more weeks, and a Gelx fill, done during the two-to-three-week grow-out, reshapes grown-out tips and rebuilds them with builder gel.

Hours are 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM most days, with Tuesday and Sunday open until 8 PM and Monday closing at 6:30 PM.

Aims to keep clients' nails healthy, with custom nail art shaped around each client's own ideas.
