New clients who want an establishment service start with an initial consultation, a pre-screening meeting of about an hour or more. Sisterlocks consultations are $55, and Microlocks consultations start at $55. The consultation covers hair care history, costs, maintenance and styling options, and test or sample locks.

Maintenance runs in fixed time blocks that end at the designated time. Sisterlocks retightening is offered every four to six weeks and Microlocks retightening at six-week intervals, each $110 and at least two hours long. Sisterlocks maintenance past six weeks, or Microlocks past eight, needs a separate appointment at extra cost. Repairs outside retightening are $75 per hour and also need their own appointment.

Hair Sprinkles is a glue-free loc adornment using glass beads and mixed metals, starting at $110. It takes about 90 minutes or more and can be added to a regular visit or booked alone. It suits Microlocks or Sisterlocks at least six months mature, and the site notes it lasts about nine months to two years on mature locs and two to three weeks on loose styles.

Hair should arrive clean and completely dry, washed within 24 hours of the visit, unless a shampoo service is booked. Clients should avoid oils, leave-in conditioners, gels and edge controls beforehand, and remove braids, rubber bands and protective ties. Arriving without freshly washed hair brings a $75 cleansing fee, and services may be refused or rescheduled if the hair or scalp is dirty. Clients who arrive early wait in their vehicle and text on arrival. Parking is on the street only, and guests, children and pets are not allowed. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a penalty, and full payment for establishment and installation services is due at the start of the appointment. Major cards, debit cards and Square contactless payments are accepted.

The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and closed Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. The business also offers private one-on-one mentorship, business coaching, and an interlocking certification intensive for aspiring loc specialists, by consultation inquiry.
