MidSouth Integrative Medical was founded in 2020 and combines traditional medical care with functional and integrative medicine. The provider team is co-led by nurse practitioners Meagan Chastant-Qualls and Molly Dunson, and the chiropractic side includes Trevor Qualls and Tyler Qualls. Care is guided by comprehensive testing of blood, saliva, urine and stool.

New patient visits typically run 60 to 90 minutes, and follow-up visits usually take 20 to 40 minutes. Patients must be determined medically eligible before receiving services, and arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late may shorten a visit or lead to rescheduling. Same-day review of labs brought in from another office is not offered, and providers require at least 24 hours. A lab discussion with a provider is treated as an appointment with a copay or private pay fee, and private pay lab selections cannot be changed once the labs are run.

Primary and urgent care is offered alongside strep and flu swabs, allergy testing, drive-through COVID testing, telemedicine, and immunizations. Lab services include CBC, CMP, lipid panel, A1C, insulin, TSH and hormone testing for men and women. Hormone care includes hormone replacement therapy, Biote pellet therapy and TRT. Medical weight management begins with blood work and uses MIC injections, L-carnitine, vitamins and supportive nutrition, with progress reassessed every three months and required follow-up visits. The business describes these weight management treatments as FDA-approved, and calls its post weight loss program the most comprehensive it offers.

The IV menu includes Pure Hydration, Energy Boost, Hangover Relief, Immune Boost, Migraine Relief, Myers Cocktail, Recovery, Beauty and DeSoto Cocktail. When needed, personalized bags can be built after testing and lab work. Body restoration with EmSculpt Neo, sexual health treatment with Emsella, skin care with Botox injections, dermal fillers and CBD+ skincare, Opus RF wellness treatment and hair restoration are also offered, along with a nutraceutical store. Iron infusions are not offered.

The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a break from 1 to 2 PM. Friday hours run from 8 AM to 2 PM, and the office is closed on weekends. The office can be reached at (662) 349-0980. Patients can use the Healow portal to send secure messages, request appointments and refills, view test results, and access parts of their medical record. Accepted insurance includes MedBen Open Access plans, Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield PPO, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, MS Medicaid, Tricare, UMR and United Healthcare. BlueCross BlueShield coverage does not extend to the ZQJ, ZXD, ZXK and EPU prefixes. Financing is available, including Cherry buy now, pay later plans. The practice also supports local groups: public schools, Feed the Lambs and The Dream Center.
