The menu covers Russian manicures without polish, in gel, or in hard gel with one color, plus a male Russian manicure for male clients. Nail modeling and strengthening fills are offered, along with short, medium and long nail extensions. Pedicures range from heels only to smart pedicures with or without polish, gel smart pedicures, and gel toe polish. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, shaped to each client's eyes.

Training is offered in European nail and lash courses, including beginner and advanced Russian manicure, smart pedicure, nail modeling and extensions, and eyelash extensions. Classes run in mini-groups or with individual support, and an individual one-on-one master class is scheduled around the student's availability. Training tools and disposable materials are provided, and courses include a certificate. The advanced programs recommend at least six months of hands-on experience first.

Nail and eyelash services usually take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Fixes and designs are add-ons with an extra fee. For a same-time manicure and pedicure, the client picks the manicure technician and an available technician is assigned to the pedicure, with an extra $10 charged per service. The salon is open daily from 9:30 am to 8:00 pm according to its booking site, and contact form replies usually come the same day.
