A visit begins with a conversation about the client's daily routine, skin type, natural brow hair, any concerns, and the finish they prefer. The brows are then measured and mapped around the client's bone structure and features. Nothing is treated until the client has approved the shape and color in the mirror. Color is chosen conservatively, and the expected changes are explained beforehand.

The salon offers three brow services: Microblading, which adds fine, hair-like strokes between existing natural brow hairs and can add visible strokes where brows are sparse or thin; Ombré Powder, a makeup-like shaded look that starts softer at the front and builds in definition through the arch and tail; and Combo Brows, which combine microblading with powder shading.

Clients with previous permanent makeup or tattooed brows can be considered, but the existing pigment is assessed first. After treatment, clients get aftercare guidance and an explanation of how the brows are expected to settle over the next month, since they often look darker at first and soften as they heal.
