Brow work is the core of the studio. Microblading, a manual technique also called eyebrow embroidery, micro-stroking or 3D brows, is offered alongside microshading, which builds layers of pigment for a soft gradient, and powder brows for a softly powdered look. Nano brows use fine strokes meant to mimic real hair, and combination brows blend microblading with shading. The studio also corrects brows that were done before and did not turn out as the client wanted, through color and shape correction, and offers color boosters for returning clients whose brows have faded. Brow mapping and clean-up, which covers symmetry mapping and hair removal, is available on its own or with a consultation.

Other services include lip blush, lash extensions in a classic wet set or a volume wispy set, eyelash enhancement, waxing and skin care. Removal is offered for unwanted or outdated permanent makeup, using pigment-removal techniques, and for unwanted tattoos. Emergency removal is available for fresh tattoos within 48 hours, and both tattoo removal and lightening use a saline lightening solution that the studio describes as containing no acids and no chemicals.

A visit typically starts with a consultation, where Diana reviews prior work, skin, shape and color before any treatment. Microblading uses a topical anesthetic, and the studio reports very little discomfort. Every microblading and shading session uses single-use sterile hand tools and needles. Aftercare instructions are provided, and sun exposure, sweating and swimming pools are limited for a short time after treatment. Microblading is described as healing over in about 7 to 14 days, with color settling in about a month, and it is expected to last 18 to 24 months with touch-ups every six months or year depending on skin type and the look chosen.

Booking requires a non-refundable $50 security deposit, which is applied to the total cost. Prices are subject to change, and touch-up pricing depends on how long it has been since the previous treatment and is reviewed during the consultation. Two or more treatments booked on the same day qualify for a group discount. The studio also offers permanent makeup training, with courses in Garden Grove, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana and Westminster, covered in the Training section of the people profile.

Each client is seen in a consultation and given a treatment plan built around their goals, and the studio works in a sterile, single-use setting.
