The salon is led by owner and master stylist Michele Coulter, who has more than 25 years of hairstyling experience and has also worked in Huntington Beach, California, and Buckhead, Georgia. Her work centers on classic cuts, natural-looking color and personalized styling.

Haircutting and styling run from women's, men's and kids' cuts to blow dries and upstyles, and the salon includes a complimentary bang and neck trim between cuts. Color services cover custom color, balayage, blonding, highlights, glosses, toners and color correction, with color correction priced only after a consultation. Blonding may take more than one appointment when hair has prior color, box dye, dark color or damage.

Hair extensions are built around Bellami hand-tied extensions, starting with a consultation. Planning considers natural hair, color, density, styling preferences and upkeep, and plans can add length, fullness or both.
