The hair menu covers women's and men's haircuts, a children's haircut, single process color, extra color, partial and full highlights, blow-dries, iron work, hairstyles and blowouts, hair treatments, permanent waves, and special occasion updos. Owner and stylist Michael Garcia leads the hair services, and the salon's stylists also offer full highlight and lowlight work.

Massage is offered as deep-tissue or relaxing sessions, with a chair massage option and 30, 60, and 90 minute appointments. Spa skincare includes a 30-minute facial and a DMK facial, along with brow, bikini, and Brazilian waxing. The salon uses Redken, Pureology, Aquage, Olaplex, and Danné Montague-King products.

Clients can use a meditation and relaxation room before or after a service. The space is set up with water and coffee, essential oils, candles, lounge chairs and cushions, and yoga mats, with peaceful music, Zen-inspired decor, tranquil lighting, and privacy curtains. The salon is open Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and closed Sunday. A credit card must be kept on file for appointments longer than three hours or with three or more providers, and a 25% fee applies per service for changes made less than 24 hours ahead. Massage appointments need 24 hours' notice to cancel. The salon also donates services and products to local charities and supports local events.
