Hair work covers cutting and styling for children, teens, men and women, with blowouts priced by the time booked. Color ranges from root touch-ups and gray coverage to highlights, balayage and color correction, which begins with a complimentary consultation and an initial deposit because of appointment length. The salon holds certifications in Redken and Wella color, Brazilian Blowout, Surface hair thinning treatments and hidden beaded row sew-ins, tape-ins and k-tips.

The skin menu centers on clinical and chemical treatments, including micro-needling, microdermabrasion and medical-grade chemical peels, alongside facials ranging from express and teen versions to oxygen and hydration options. Skin care staff have advanced training in the Skin Script line. Permanent makeup, lash extensions, full body waxing, makeup application, and bridal and prom packages round out the menu.

Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee. Hair services carry a satisfaction policy covering the first week after the visit, and product returns are accepted for store credit or exchange within seven days with a receipt, though used products are not refunded in cash or credit. Men can join the Gentlemen's Club, and clients who refer a friend earn a salon credit once that friend gives their full name at the first appointment.

Skin treatments are clinical and chemical in focus, and hair pricing depends on length, thickness, condition and the individual stylist.
