New patients start with a telehealth welcome visit with a nurse practitioner, who reviews health history, current concerns and medications. Next, each patient meets one-on-one with an RN to talk through goals and a personalized care plan. Follow-ups, monitoring, labs when appropriate and one-on-one support continue from there. A free consultation of about 15 to 30 minutes is offered with no card required. Medical consultation with a provider is required before services, and all laser and IPL treatments require a welcome visit and consultation first. Products and services depend on physician approval. Clients who want ongoing prescription care are asked to hold an Annual Wellness Membership.

The aesthetic side includes neurotoxin treatments with Daxxify, Jeuveau and Xeomin, and dermal fillers such as Lip Plump, Smile Lines and the collagen-stimulating filler Radiesse, which is not used in the lips. The practice takes a conservative approach to neurotoxin and suggests only what a client needs. Neurotoxin touch-ups are complimentary. According to the practice, most neurotoxin patients see results within 3 to 5 days, with full effect around 14 days, and treatments are generally needed every 3 to 5 months. Body + Balance group classes are a 45-minute Pilates-inspired, low-impact workout with bodyweight exercises and resistance bands, open to all fitness levels, held Tuesdays at 5:15 PM and Saturdays at 9 AM.
