Permanent makeup is done in a series rather than a single visit. At least one finishing session is required, usually five to seven weeks after the first procedure, and clients with oily skin may need additional touch-ups. Color looks noticeably darker and sharper right after treatment and softens over time, with the studio noting that it fades by roughly 30 to 50 percent.

A numbing cream or solution is applied before treatment, though some sensitivity or discomfort can still be felt during the procedure. Redness, bruising or swelling is expected for a period afterward.

Lip blush gives a subtle tint to the lips. Nano brows and powder brows are the two brow techniques offered, alongside eyeliner.

Clients prepare by avoiding alcohol for 24 hours beforehand, and by avoiding fish oil, herbal supplements, vitamin E, aspirin and ibuprofen before the procedure unless medically necessary. Plasma donation should not happen within seven days before, and Botox, AHA products and retinoids should be avoided for two weeks prior.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit, and appointments are confirmed only once the deposit is received. The deposit goes toward the total cost, with the balance due on the day of service. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes forfeit the deposit. Arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, and arriving later may mean rescheduling or counting as a no-show.
