MiaVida is a locally operated medical spa at 3334 South Grand Blvd in South St. Louis City. Dr. Mimi Vo founded the practice, and Michelle Aphonephanh co-founded it. The name is said to mean 'my life.' The business describes itself as having quickly become a notable part of the local aesthetic community, though that is its own claim.

Services range from laser skin resurfacing and body contouring to medical weight loss. An on-site IV suite offers personalized IV nutrient therapies, and a nurse practitioner handles injectables and anti-aging care. Membership discounts do not apply to weight loss injections.

The semaglutide weight loss membership is $399 a month with a $99 activation fee and a six-month minimum. Activation includes a physician consultation, fish oil and multivitamins, and a monthly InBody body composition measurement.

MiaVida sells its own medical-grade skincare line. Michelle Aphonephanh selected the practice's technology and skincare products, and she focuses on anti-aging therapies, laser procedures and advanced skincare routines.
