Some policies are worth knowing before booking. Services over $200 require a $100 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final price, and refunds are only given for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance. Clients who are unhappy with a service should tell the salon within 48 hours, and gift cards expire one year after purchase. Prices can change at management's discretion, so the salon asks clients to call ahead to confirm.
