Because appointments take place at a residence, guests are welcome only if they are also booked for a service. The address is not published and is sent in the booking confirmation email.

Services are grouped into freestyles, French tips, full sets, manicures, reconstruction, recreation and toes. Squeeze-in appointments are available at $40. Clients are asked to arrive with bare nails unless they have booked a soak-off. If nails are damaged and a client is unsure whether they can be serviced, they should message before booking.

Booking requires a non-refundable $20 deposit, which is applied toward the final payment. There is a 15-minute grace period: the deposit is forfeited if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, and the appointment is canceled after 20 minutes. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and a client may reschedule once using the same deposit. Clients who miss an appointment without calling are not able to book again. Dates not shown on the booking site can be requested by direct message, and booking questions or changes can be sent by phone or email. Clients should enter the correct email address on file so confirmations arrive.

The business says it aims to create a luxury nail experience for all clients.
