Lash styles include the Light Volume set, which the studio describes as a look between dramatic and natural, and the Volume Set, described as full and dramatic. The Strip Effect set gives defined spikes and a fuller lash line, and Wispy Volume, Wet and Anime sets are also available. Lash fills are offered for maintenance, and after three fills a removal and full set appointment is required.

Brow services include tint with shaping, brow lamination, and lamination with tint. Permanent makeup covers brow touch-ups, full brows and brow cover-ups. Gel-X full sets are available on Mondays and Wednesdays only.

Lash appointments usually run about 1.5 to 3 hours. Clients receive a text reminder and are asked to confirm promptly. Lashes should arrive clean and free of makeup, moisturizer, oils or creams, and clients message the artist by DM or text on arrival; a $10 lash bath fee applies if lashes are not clean. Guests are not permitted in the treatment area, so clients come alone. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice, and a deposit may be used to reschedule once. Payments are non-refundable and gift card sales are final.

A private two-day Signature 1:1 Lash Course is offered for beginners. It includes 12 hours of hands-on education, live model practice, a lash kit, a training manual, lifetime mentorship and a certificate of completion. The course costs $1,200, with a $300 nonrefundable deposit to confirm dates and the balance due in cash on Day 1.
