Appointments are booked online through a GlossGenius page, where payment is also taken. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. A 50% fee on the booked services applies to no-shows and same-day cancellations.

The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 8:30 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Some services have booking conditions. The Manzillian is only open to clients who have been waxed by the esthetician before or who come through a current client referral. Happy Trail is complimentary when booked the same day as a Bikini or Brazilian wax. For clients whose skin is too sensitive to wax, brows, lip, and chin can be tweezed instead.

The studio pairs waxing technique with attention to hair growth cycles and the products used, with the aim of a comfortable, less painful experience.
