Guests are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair that has no product in it.

Deposits are taken at booking and vary by service, from $20 for a bang trim or scalp scrub to $200 for a freestyle style. Payments run through the booking site, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50 percent, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price.
