The studio is in suite 10 at 800 Compton Rd (Door 13) in Cincinnati. It is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 1:30 PM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 12 PM to 4 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

The menu covers brows and lashes. Brow options include a quick shaping-only appointment and a longer enhancement that adds a makeup fill-in and highlight. Lash work ranges from natural and soft volume sets to hybrid, wispy, volume and mega volume styles, plus fills at one, two and three weeks. Lash clusters are offered on top only or with bottom lashes, and each cluster set is new when booked. Add-ons include color lashes, glitter lashes and lash charms. Removal comes with a deep clean, drying and lash serum application. Fills are only booked when about 40% of the lash life remains, and the three-week fill needs 40 to 50% remaining.

Deposits are charged on the website for services that require one, ranging from $5 to $30 depending on the service. Deposits cannot be paid through CashApp or Apple Pay. The remaining balance is due at the appointment in cash or card. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50% of the service price. No-call no-shows are charged 50% and are not allowed to book again.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean natural lashes free of glue and without makeup, since a fee applies if cleaning is needed. Extra guests are not allowed at appointments.

The studio also teaches lash work. A one-on-one master class for $500 covers sanitation, isolation, classic, hybrid and volume sets, and supplies and tweezers, and includes a lash kit and certificate. A beginners class for $395 runs four hours and includes a mini kit, certificate, lash manual and vendor list. A lash cluster class for $150 covers top and bottom clusters and requires a $30 deposit and a model.

Services are organized around set styles and fill timing, with training classes for people who want to learn lash work.
