The color menu runs from small add-ons such as Root Tap and Glaze, through Vivid Color, All Over Color and Root Touch Up, to custom painted balayage and full highlights. Color Transformation is priced by the hour for lifts of three or more shades lighter. Cuts include Men's Cut, Princess Cut and Kids Curly Cut for children up to 7, and curly-hair cuts such as Curly Cut and Queen's Cut. Re Twist covers retwisting for locs.
Styling and treatment options include Silk Press and Silk Press Package, Texture Set with twist outs, Bantu knots and flat twists, a Queen's Blowout, Formal Updo, Hydrating and Protein Treatments using Olaplex, Relaxer Retouch and Full Relaxer, and Keratin Treatment. Hair extensions can be installed in several styles, and removal of tap-ins and sew-ins is also offered. Makeup services range from a Makeup Touchup and a one-area lesson to Soft Glam and Full Glam.
A card on file is needed to book, and no deposit is taken unless the visit is for color correction. Clients pay a 3.5% fee on credit or debit card payments, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Changes need 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service, and clients who no-show cannot book online. If travel is unsafe because of snow, ice, hail or a natural disaster, 50% is charged and credited toward a rescheduled visit.
The salon also runs Curly Hair Training, a 130-minute step-by-step class on styling curly hair at home. Clients should arrive with hair detangled and unwashed.
