The practice says its mission is to deliver results-focused services and to teach clients how to keep their skin healthy. Its waxing is described as a blend of hypoallergenic and vegan properties, with products formulated to target particular skin concerns.
Services are grouped into women's and men's body waxing, facial waxing, packages, memberships and skin care products. Facial waxes cover single areas such as the nose, chin, or neck and shoulders, up to a full face that includes the nostrils. A Vajacial and wax combo pairs a facial with a Brazilian wax over about 55 minutes, and includes a cleanse, steam, extraction if needed, high-frequency therapy, a mask suited to skin type, and cooling therapy.
Clients must be 18 or older to book, and younger clients come with a parent or legal guardian who signs a minor consent waiver. Clients are asked to mention medications and active skin care products before a service and to stop retinols, glycolic acid, and AHA or BHA products 7 to 14 days before a wax. Arriving about five minutes early is requested, with a grace period of up to 15 minutes for hair removal.
Pairs waxing with skin care routines aimed at the results each client is looking for, and aims to build lasting relationships with clients.
