Color work covers custom formulations, from subtle refreshes to full color makeovers, as well as highlights, lowlights and balayage. Color correction is available through a Corrective Consultation, which can be booked online or by phone. Haircuts range from simple trims to new looks and are shaped around each client's style and preferences. Hair extensions add length, volume or color accents, and a complimentary consultation comes before any extension service is booked.

The salon also offers the Brazilian Blowout Smoothing Treatment, which is formaldehyde-free and priced according to hair length, thickness, texture and porosity. Shampoo and blow-out services, deep conditioning masks, scalp therapies and other add-ons round out the menu, and bridal styling extends to the bride and her party. An on-site boutique sells clothing, jewelry and accessories. Appointments are requested through an online form and confirmed by the Guest Services team within one business day. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and no-shows or last-minute cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
