The menu includes haircuts for young children and juniors as well as women's cuts, blowouts and updos, color services such as glosses, root refreshes and all-over color, three sizes of lightening, a fall foil special and eyebrow waxing. A free 30-minute consultation is available for clients who want to talk through their hair goals, have their current hair assessed and settle on a plan before booking.

According to the salon, the visit is personalized and relaxed, with each client's hair goals as the top priority. Online requests are only confirmed once the salon accepts them, and clients who receive no acceptance within 24 hours are asked to get in touch. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling, which can carry a $30 fee. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations may be charged half the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. A 2.5% fee applies to card payments.

Payment options include cash, major credit cards, and Venmo, along with buy now, pay later plans. Gift certificates are priced between $10 and $1,000 and can be sent by email, by text, or both. They are final sale, cannot be swapped for cash, and apply to eligible services or products. The loyalty program awards one stamp for each visit, and collecting five stamps brings $10 off a service. Guests who are dissatisfied with their hair should get in touch within 7 days so the salon can discuss possible fixes. The salon does not issue refunds, but it makes reasonable adjustments when they are appropriate.
