Her earlier roles were with plastic surgery and dermatology practices, and most recently with a group of integrative practitioners. Every aesthetician at the studio completes a 12-plus-month apprenticeship with her to learn the studio's MLA technique.

Facials are booked by time, in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions, and are tailored to each client's skin on the day of the visit. The studio blends cosmeceutical and holistic methods, with treatments aimed at anti-aging, acne, pigmentation and restoring sensitive skin. Clients are taught about their skin as part of each visit, including the reasoning behind product choices and how to space treatments.

The studio is a Biologique Recherche Brand Ambassador, and its aestheticians train several times a year at the Biologique USA headquarters in New York, according to the studio. Its menu also includes Biologique Recherche Remodeling Facials, which use the Remodeling Face Machine, and laser work with BBL, BBL HERO, Moxi and the HALO TRIBRID laser. The studio says it is the first and only practice in Boston offering the HALO TRIBRID. Injectable and radiofrequency microneedling options include neurotoxin, Skinvive and Sylfirm X treatments for the face, neck, body or scalp. Some facial treatments are marked as pregnancy and breastfeeding safe on the services page, while the Sculpt Facial 90 is not pregnancy safe.

Bridal services include bridal party facials and day-of face prep for the bride and groom, as well as for wedding party or family members. The studio recommends starting bridal skin planning six to twelve months before the wedding. Plans are tailored to skin concerns, goals, timeline and budget, and include at-home regimen review and scheduled visits. Wedding day and weekend services require a two-day minimum day rate for aestheticians, and event services outside Boston require travel and accommodations. Pricing for event services is requested through an inquiry form.

Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice. Later changes incur a 50% fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a 100% fee. Service and gift card sales are final. Product refunds are not offered except for allergic reactions, and returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. Products can be bought online for shipping, picked up in the studio, or bought at walk-in.

Customized facials blend cosmeceutical and holistic methods, with each treatment set on the day to suit the client's skin.
