Alongside its services, Mercé sells extension hair through its website and in store. The range includes Raw Wavy, Burmese Curly, Burmese Wavy, VIE LUXE Loose Curly, VIE Luxe Coily Curl and Raw HD 5x5 lace closures. Hair is sold in lengths from 12 to 30 inches, bundles are sold separately, and some lengths sell out at a time. Raw bundles are washed by hand before shipping, and the site recommends washing them again before installation. The business describes its products as luxury hair and says Raw Wavy is its highest-quality option. Pre-orders take 3 to 4 weeks to process and ship.

Installation work starts with a 30-minute Seamless K tip consultation, which is required before booking an install. Sew Seamless Installs take about three hours and twenty minutes and include a steamed wash, blow out, trim, moisture treatment and cut and style, with the perimeter left out. Install take-downs include a steamed deep wash and conditioning. Refreshers are offered for current installs done by Mercedes, and the Style Me Out service covers curl or straight styling for installs or wigs done by her.

The studio also offers units built by Mercedes, including no-sew braid downs and sew downs with flat iron or barrel curl styling, plus wash and style drop-off service. Last-minute openings can be requested by texting the stylist. Online booking opens on the 15th of each month at noon.

Policies are set out clearly. A non-refundable deposit of $10 to $100 is required for hair services and is deducted from the total. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are charged a $50 late fee, and cancellations under 24 hours are charged half the service. Sew-in installs are not done on freshly relaxed hair; clients should wait 2 to 3 weeks after a relaxer. Only the client may attend appointments. A Mercé Loyalty Rewards program is also listed.

Pairs in-person installs and unit work with raw extension hair sales, with policies on deposits, timing and exchanges stated up front.
