Visits run about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the package. The treatments are assembled from a few building blocks: a scalp rebalancing treatment with exfoliation and conditioning, a hair hydration treatment that uses micro nano steam, and a basic deep-cleansing facial without extractions. Packages differ in length and in which of these steps they include, so a client can choose a visit with or without the facial. Every package includes the massage. Stylist blow-dry and styling can be added when a stylist is available and is booked in advance. The add-on costs $35 to $50, depending on stylist level and hair thickness.
