The menu runs from classic and gel manicures and pedicures through hard gel overlays, soak-off extensions and several tiers of nail art. Polish changes and removals of gel, powder, acrylic and extension product are offered as well, along with a kids' menu for children under 9 and small add-ons such as a callus treatment, a massage and a top coat.

Much of the menu is built around named systems. Dazzle Dry is a polish the salon describes as chip-free with a high-gloss finish, applied in about five minutes, and which the salon says is free from chemicals and skin-sensitizing ingredients. Gel manicures use a Japanese soak-off gel that the salon calls non-toxic. Apres Gel-X is a soak-off gel extension system the salon describes as having no harsh odors and no damage to natural nails.

Bookings and gift cards are handled through Square. A credit card secures every appointment. Changes need at least 12 hours' notice, with a 50% service fee possible for shorter notice and a full fee for no-shows. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period, after which the service may be shortened or rebooked. Refunds are not given, but a complimentary fix is offered for nail issues within 5 days of the appointment. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom value, and group cards are available.

The salon works with a defined set of polish, gel and extension systems and describes them in its own terms, with the ingredient and odor claims attributed to the salon.
