Waxing is done with premium hard wax, and the studio uses single-use supplies and states that it keeps each session space sanitized to hospital-grade standards. Clients receive a pre-waxing and post-waxing care guide, and new clients are told what to expect at a first visit. Appointments are booked by call or text at (510) 506-6009, and the studio asks that people who call without leaving a message text or leave a voicemail with the services they want.

Waxing services cover the arms, chest, back, shoulders, buttocks, legs, Brazilian and full body, along with ears, eyebrows, neck, nose and underarms.
