The menu falls into two families. Braids include cornrows, which start from $60, along with box braids, knotless braids, jumbo versions of several styles, crochet, micros, mohawk, tribal and lemonade braids. Twists include kinky, Nubian, passion and Senegalese styles, plus Bohemian variations. Estimated times run from about 2 hours for cornrows and natural-hair box braids to around 6 hours for the longest Bohemian knotless braids.

Bohemian styles work best with high-quality human hair, and clients may need to bring human curly hair for the curls. Passion and Senegalese twist hair, and micro braid hair, can be supplied on request or brought in by the client.

A deposit reserves the appointment and goes toward the total, and the balance is due before service begins. Clients should arrive with clean, freshly washed and fully blow-dried hair. Only clients receiving services may attend unless arrangements are made beforehand.

The salon's policies address cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows. A deposit is refundable when a change is made 48 hours or more ahead; changes made later mean the deposit is forfeited. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be charged a late fee or asked to reschedule, depending on availability. Repeated no-shows may result in the client being unable to book. Completed services are not refunded, and any concerns about a style should be raised within 24 hours.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday 9 am to 9 pm. Protective styles are offered for children up to 13, who need to be able to sit comfortably through the appointment. The online shop sells Hair Growth Oil at $24.99 along with hair care products and gift cards.

Braids are installed by gradually feeding in hair, a method the business says reduces tension at the root. Styles are typically expected to last four to eight weeks with proper care.
