Standard wig installs (about 2 hours 30 minutes, $130) include same-day customization, a shampoo and blow dry, bleached knots, plucking, a braid down, scalp oiling, the install itself and a style of the client's choice. A version with the style included runs about the same time for $155. The Bestie Deal bundles the core install steps into a 3 hour 40 minute morning appointment for $250. Clients who arrive with braids already down get a discount on the wig, closure wig and Bestie Deal services.

Wigs the studio did not install can be booked for a re-install (2 hours, $155). A photo of the lace is needed before booking, and the wig must be fully cleaned beforehand; the lace can be cleaned during the appointment for an extra $10. Wet or matted wigs are not accepted. A touch-up (1 hour 30 minutes, $100, one touch-up minimum) washes the frontal or wig, places it back on the head with a new cap, tightens it as needed and styles it.

For weaves, the traditional quickweave (3 hours 30 minutes, $120) includes a shampoo and blow dry, but hair is not included and three to four quality bundles are recommended. The braided-down base is molded and protected from the glue, and the finished style can be straightened or curled. A closure quickweave (3 hours 20 minutes, $120) needs three to four bundles plus a closure that has already been bleached and plucked. Quickweaves with hair included are $315 and require a completed hair preorder. Traditional sew-ins (2 hours, $140) include a wash, blow dry and basic styling, with crimps and wand curls added on. Bundles should be dropped off two to three days ahead to avoid a same-day customization fee.

Appointments are planned in advance, with drop-offs, lace photos, closure prep and hair preorders handled before the visit.
