The studio's aim is to make waxing feel comfortable rather than uncomfortable, intimidating, or awkward. It describes itself as body-positive and says waxing is for every body. The studio also calls itself experts in waxing and says its team has more than 12 years of experience, though these are its own claims. The atmosphere is laid-back.
Booking can be done 24/7 through the Book Now button on the website, or by calling or texting the studio. If a spot opens up, the booking team texts clients on the waitlist, and the studio recommends adding at least three to four days to the waitlist. Lake Worth clients check in through a link sent before their appointment. Clients get a five-minute grace period after their start time, and should use the restroom before the appointment begins. Children are not allowed in the treatment rooms or left alone in the lobby without a parent.
Payment is cashless, and any card or tap-to-pay is accepted. Cash tips are welcome, but the studio has no cash for change. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours are charged 50% of the services booked, and within 2 hours they are charged 100%. Late arrivals past the grace period, or no-shows, are charged in full. If someone books several services and arrives late, the studio may perform one service but still charges for all of them. Clients with unpaid fees cannot book until the balance is cleared.
Before a wax, the studio suggests growing hair out at least three weeks from the last shave for a Brazilian or bikini wax, and exfoliating three to four times a week. Waxing during a menstrual cycle is possible when a tampon or menstrual cup is used. Afterward, clients are advised to avoid sweating, touching the skin, intimacy, tanning, exercise, and exfoliating for 24 to 48 hours. The recommended waxing interval is every four to five weeks for body services and every two to three weeks for facial services and underarms. The studio says most ingrown hair prevention happens at home, and recommends a daily shower cleanser, Bush Balm Scrub three to four times a week, and Bush Balm Oil daily after showering.
The studio focuses on comfort during the wax and on aftercare that supports clear, smooth skin between appointments.
