Melted Esthetics offers esthetics services alongside a permanent jewelry bar, Forever Melted Permanent Jewelry. The salon states that its team members are licensed estheticians, and it describes its services as clean and comfortable.

Waxing services include Brazilian and full body waxing, and the menu also covers brow services and lash lifts. Clients who are on their period may still book waxing; the studio provides tampons, and clients are asked to wear a clean one.

The permanent jewelry is a custom-fit chain welded closed, so it has no clasp. It can be made as a bracelet, anklet or necklace, with custom charms and connectors added. Pricing depends on the chain and the add-ons chosen, and each person in a group books their own appointment.

The Build Your Own Charm Bar lets clients put together a custom charm accessory from chains, charms, colors and add-ons. Each piece is handmade during a 30-minute appointment. Walk-ins are welcome for this service when a slot is open, though charm selection depends on inventory and pricing depends on chain length and the number of charms. Build Your Own pieces are final sale.

Booking runs on an online system. A non-refundable deposit is taken at booking and applied to the total. Deposits are required for first-time clients, for appointments an hour or longer or priced at $100 or more, and for clients who have cancelled or rescheduled before. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and clients should arrive at the treatment room within 7 minutes of their start time. Extra guests and children are not permitted in the treatment area.

The studio accepts cash, debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay, and payment is due in full at the time of service. It does not accept Zelle, Cash App or Venmo. Professional aftercare products are sold in the studio, for shipping, or for in-person pickup.
