Melt West is a small studio at 344 S. Services are grouped into brow, lash and body, and every visit is booked in advance because walk-ins are not accepted.

The studio is open Monday to Thursday from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm and Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and is closed on weekends. The team suggests booking the next one or two appointments ahead, and a waitlist can be joined if the preferred time is taken. A valid credit card is needed to reserve any appointment, and guests are generally asked to wait in reception rather than join clients in treatment rooms.

Changes made 24 hours or more before an appointment carry no charge. Cancellations on shorter notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service total, and no-shows without notice are charged the full total. A five-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and later arrivals may have appointments shortened, moved or canceled.
