The menu is built around color. Color maintenance and root touch-ups cover regrowth between four and twelve weeks, while regrowth beyond twelve weeks or a major change calls for Transformational Color, a longer service that can involve several color processes and includes a trim. Partial and full highlights refresh an existing blonde or lightened look, and balayage gives soft dimension through the mids and ends, with root color added when needed for a seamless blend. All-over color shifts the overall tone warmer or cooler, or deepens natural color, without lightening.

Extensions are a major part of the business. Hand-sewn weft extensions are customized to each client's hair goals and daily routine. A free 30-minute Extension Consult includes a color match, and the deposit to order extension hair is due at that appointment; new installs with blending require the consult first. Move-ups are timed to the install: a mini move-up four to five weeks after install moves beads up and tightens loose wefts, and a full move-up eight to ten weeks after install removes and reinstalls the wefts with a wash, blowout and style. Pricing is listed with starting amounts. A haircut add-on costs $20 with any color but cannot be booked alone, and standalone haircuts start at $75. Ball Season 2026 styles start at $75 and come in four options. Extension removal starts at $30. Color maintenance booked the same day as extensions saves 15%, and Transformational Color receives 8% off when booked with extensions.

Changes need 48 hours notice. Cancelling or rescheduling inside that window incurs a 50% fee charged to the card on file, and same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service. Arriving more than 20 minutes late forfeits the appointment and counts as a no-show.

Services are timed to the hair: color maintenance follows regrowth, and extension move-ups are booked at set intervals after install.
