Clients can book home wax and sugar appointments in addition to visits to the suite. The business is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
Before a visit, clients are asked to shower and to avoid applying oils or lotions to the area being serviced. Clients who are menstruating can decide whether to keep their appointment, and a fresh tampon can be placed at the appointment if they wish. Staff ask that clients be courteous to them.
Lash extensions come with aftercare guidance: avoid getting lashes wet or exposing them to hot steam for 48 hours, sleep on the back, don't pick or pull at lashes, remove eye makeup with lash shampoo, and brush lashes once a day. Clients are asked to book their lash fills in advance.
