Pricing is built from a base service plus size and length add-ons. Size add-ons run from Jumbo at $25, with about 22 braids, up to X-Small at $225, with about 114 or more braids. Length add-ons range from a free bob length at the chin to $95 for thigh length. Final length is approximate and depends on height, torso length, braid size, natural hair and the finished style.

The menu covers several braid types: an $85 base for knotless, box, singles, twists, Miracle Knots and French Curl braids; stitch braids priced by count, with optional design patterns; three-layered cornrow and stitch braids; Tribal/Fulani braids from $165; braids for children up to age 13; men's natural braids on half or full heads; and two-strand twists priced by length. Boho hair and boho curls are booked as separate add-ons.

A Year of Braids package costs $1,000 and covers one braiding appointment per month, or two per month for natural hair braids, for 12 months. The package is non-transferable and non-refundable, and unused monthly appointments do not roll over.

Booking does not require a deposit. Clients who cancel without calling or do not show up are removed from future bookings, and rescheduling is allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late means the appointment will be rescheduled. Hair should be clean, oil free and blow dried straight, and clients complete a hair condition disclosure. According to the salon's reviews page, it holds an average rating of 5.0 from 22 reviews.
