The massage menu includes Swedish massage, which uses oil or lotion with rolling, kneading and percussion strokes to support circulation and relaxation. Deep tissue work focuses on deeper layers of tissue and is often chosen for long-standing tension. Sports massage is built around the needs of athletes, with an aim of helping prevent injury and speed recovery. Myofascial release uses massage to stretch the fascia and ease pain and restricted movement. Pregnancy massage is designed for expectant clients and uses techniques for discomfort during pregnancy. Combination massage blends techniques selected for each client.
Waxing is offered for hair removal across a wide range, from lip, chin and eyebrows through underarms, arms, abdomen, back, chest for men, legs, bikini, Brazilian and European styles, up to full leg and bikini packages.
Each massage session is customized to the client, and a table, clean linens and quality oils are provided. The room is comfortable and relaxing, with calming music. Appointments are booked by calling or texting.
