The salon focuses on blonding and dimensional color, with much of the work aimed at lived-in color that grows out softly and needs little upkeep. Each service is customized to the client's hair, lifestyle and the level of maintenance they want, and clients who are unsure what to book can have the salon choose the appointment based on their goals.

The color menu includes Lived-In Blonding, Balayage, Platinum Blonde, Dimensional Blonde, full and partial blonding, face-framing highlights, and Root Shadow & Gloss. Dimensional Brunette is designed for rich brunette tones with a soft grow-out, and Transformational Color is for major changes or corrective work and begins with a consultation.

Haircuts, blowouts and treatments round out the menu. The Signature Haircut & Finish is a custom cut shaped around the hair's natural form. A blowout gives smooth, voluminous styling, and the Restorative Treatment & Blowout adds a deep conditioning treatment before a customized blowout. The Keratin Complex Treatment is intended to reduce frizz, improve manageability and cut down on daily styling time.

Hand-tied extensions use Harper Ellis hair, which is the only extension brand the salon uses. Extension clients submit an application and join a waitlist through the website. The salon states that extension appointments take less than three hours, and removal uses no glue or tape and takes about five minutes.
