Color services include color retouches, full color, partial and full highlights, balayage, and combined color and highlight appointments. Highlight pricing includes a gloss and a deep steam conditioning treatment, and full head highlights include an Olaplex additive treatment.

The signature service is micro keratin bond extensions, applied one bond at a time and custom matched to the client's hair color. Installation includes a cut to blend. Bonds typically last about three months before they are removed and reinstalled, and extensions can be rebonded up to two times. An extension consultation is free and takes about 15 minutes.

New guests complete a form so the stylist can book enough time for a consultation and the chosen services. The first visit includes an in-depth consultation about hair goals, hair history and concerns. Some goals may take more than one session, and the stylist talks through what is possible and what it will cost. Visits end with styling tips and product suggestions for recreating the look at home. Guests are offered a beverage and snack, free wifi and a phone charger.

Bridal hair trials, formal hairstyles and special occasion styling are also offered, along with haircuts with or without blow dry and shampoo and blow dry services.
