Owner Melissa Neubeck is a licensed cosmetologist and certified trichologist with 30 years in the hair industry. The salon menu runs from color and cuts to perms, keratin smoothing and scalp care, while the trichology services cover hair-loss consultations and scalp treatments. The studio says its use of sustainable products and practices aims to give clients the best service possible, and describes itself as proud to be eco-friendly.

Color, cuts and styling make up much of the menu. Every color service includes a complimentary consultation, and color prices cover a single service, with styles adding $20 and long hair possibly adding charges. Haircuts include a consultation, a tension-relieving shampoo and a conditioning treatment. Blow dry styling is $40, with hot tools $10 more. Perms start at $100, special occasion styling at $50, and Cezanne keratin smoothing, which is formaldehyde-free, at $250.

The Hair Clinic and Wig Room offers private hair loss consultations, scalp assessments, blood chemistry analysis, individualized treatment plans and laser therapy packages. A first trichology consultation, 60 minutes or longer at $175, includes a confidential questionnaire, health and lifestyle assessment, medical history and genetics review, scalp check and microscopic evaluation, plus photos, a stress assessment, diagnostic evaluation, blood work review and treatment options. Appointments are required. Hairpieces can be compared in person by cap style, color and length before ordering, and each is tailored and sculpted by a certified stylist. Hairstylist support for styling a new look is also offered.

Sustainable products and practices are used throughout, and trichology is presented as science-based recommendations rather than prescriptions, with clients referred to a medical professional when more testing or treatment is needed. Treatment protocols are followed for the recommended duration rather than choosing products one at a time.
