Neuromodulator treatments use Xeomin or Jeuveau, both botulinum toxin type A products approved by the FDA for cosmetic use. Jeuveau and Xeomin are priced the same at $12 per unit, and the brand and unit count are settled at the visit. Treatment areas listed include frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, brow lift, bunny lines, chin dimpling, neck bands, gummy smile, lip flip, and masseter Botox for jaw slimming or for clenching, grinding and TMJ tension. Preventative Botox uses lighter dosing for early lines. The practice does not offer Allergan Botox or Dysport, and it does not offer dermal fillers of any kind.

The medical weight loss program is built on once-weekly prescription GLP-1 injections, either semaglutide or tirzepatide, and a physician selects the medication during a free consultation. Starting prices are $150 per month for semaglutide and $230 per month for tirzepatide, while higher-dose prices are $240 and $320 per month. Each monthly price covers physician visits, lab work, medication and supplies, dose changes, and check-ins. The MeliOra Reset combines Botox every three to four months with GLP-1 weight loss care, handled by one physician under one plan, and carries no program fee.

Visits are one-on-one and private. Lutz office appointments have no waiting room and no other clients on the schedule. House calls carry no travel fee or house-call surcharge within the service area. Telehealth GLP-1 visits by secure video are available to anyone located in Florida, with medication dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to the patient's home. Care is offered in English and Spanish.

Besides individual visits, the practice offers Botox parties hosted at a private home, corporate wellness days, office wellness shot days, and medical director services for aesthetics practices in Tampa, Lutz and Land O' Lakes. Booking requests are usually answered the same day, and the first consultation is free. Clients complete a short health intake after booking, and changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. A missed visit without notice carries a $20 fee.
