Every appointment is adjusted to the client's needs. Clients considering highlights, balayage or color correction who have had earlier chemical treatments such as Brazilian straightening, global bleaching or black box color can book a 30-minute consultation first, with the price set according to the situation.

The color menu runs from toner and root retouching to partial and full blonde highlights. Partial highlights are meant for clients who retouch every three to four months, while clients who come every six months or once a year are directed to full blonde highlights. Clients with more than six months of regrowth are asked to book full blonde highlights. Color correction, for fully changing or fixing previous color work, starts at $475 and takes about six and a half hours, and the price depends on complexity, density, length and texture, so clients are asked to contact the studio for a quote.

Bridal makeup and updo trials are done only at the studio. Off-site bridal makeup, off-site updos and group makeup classes are arranged by contacting the studio directly. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $30, $60, $80 and $100 amounts or for a custom value.

Opening hours are Wednesday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The studio is closed on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.
