About

MELAUNO Aesthetics describes itself as a clinic that concentrates only on hyperpigmentation and skin clarity, and says it is not a typical aesthetics clinic. The business states it draws on 20 years of experience in professional skincare and aesthetic medicine, and it lists particular expertise in ethnic and melanin-rich skin.

Every client begins with a Skin Evaluation, an in-depth analysis that uses advanced imaging to map pigmentation pattern, identify triggers and set goals. The evaluation costs $150 and is required before the first treatment. The full amount is credited toward that first treatment. The findings shape a personalized clarity plan.

Clients do not pick from a fixed menu. The aesthetic professional designs each treatment protocol around the client's skin. A personalized session costs $350, runs 60 to 90 minutes of hands-on clinical care, and includes homecare and maintenance guidance and follow-up visits. Depending on the protocol, treatments may draw on medical-grade aesthetic treatments aimed at regulating pigment production, precision chemical exfoliation for surface and deeper discoloration, microneedling for renewal and tone, light-based therapies, and advanced cleansing and resurfacing.

Add-on Treatment Boosters can be included in a session at $50 each. The Optimize Infusion Booster combines PDRN, bioactive peptides, NAD+-based complexes and multi-molecular hyaluronic acid. Boosters can only be added to another service; they are not sold or booked separately.

The clinic notes that results vary with skin type, triggers, consistency and individual response, and it states that it makes no timeline or guarantee. It says many clients notice gradual improvement after 3 to 6 sessions. Chemical peels and microneedling may cause temporary redness, mild peeling or sensitivity for 2 to 5 days, and some treatments can temporarily darken pigmentation, which the clinic says is more common in melanin-rich skin. Clients are asked to avoid retinol, AHAs and BHAs for at least 5 to 7 days before an appointment. If a client is not satisfied with results, the clinic offers a complimentary skin re-evaluation and protocol adjustment.

Visits move through three stages: evaluation, treatment and maintenance. According to the clinic, its protocols use medical-grade methods, are grounded in evidence, and take a regenerative direction.
