Bookings on Sundays or Mondays, or after 5 PM from Tuesday to Friday, require the Inconvenience option, which is not offered on Saturdays and does not guarantee approval.

Booking policies include a 30% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 once the client is approved before the appointment. Gift cards come in $25, $50, $75 and $100 amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. VIP Membership costs $5.00 a month and includes discounts, some free services and take-home items; member benefits apply automatically at in-store checkout when members book through the services page.
