The business describes its goal as caring for the integrity of each client's hair as well as the finished result. The studio is in Conyers, and the street address is shared after booking. Every new client starts with a consultation, which is one hour and starts at $1,500 for Microlocs or $2,000 for Sisterlocks for up to 4 inches. Prices depend on hair density and other factors. A $300 non-refundable deposit secures the installation date, and the consultation fee is deducted from the total establishment cost. Clients moving their maintenance here from another stylist have a 30-minute transfer consultation, which looks at their current locs, their expectations, and whether their hair is compatible with the salon's process.

The Microlocs Package runs across three visits: a consultation with four to six sample locs, a locking session that may take 6 to 10 hours and typically results in up to 300 locs, and a follow-up after at least two shampoos. The Sisterlocks Package follows the same three-visit structure with eight to 12 sample locs and a locking session of 10 to 20 hours. Package pricing rises by size, starting at $1,500 for Microlocs and $2,000 for Sisterlocks at up to 4 inches, with per-inch pricing beyond 10 inches. Locs are established using interlocks, comb twists, two-strand twists and braids, depending on the size of the loc. The salon also offers a micro locking system called MelaninLocs that gives a similar look to Sisterlocks.

Maintenance is built around follow-up re-tightening, booked every 4 to 6 weeks at first and then personalized, with visits averaging 4 to 8 weeks. Options include retie, retie with shampoo, edge and nape retie, and repair. A free three-week follow-up is offered by Zoom only. Shampoo-only visits are available. Sisterlocks and Interlocks clients must choose an option that includes shampoo when booking. The salon does not provide extensions for any service.

Booking is online only, and the schedule opens 45 days in advance. Calls and texts are not answered during appointments or outside business hours. Clients who are 9 weeks or more past due for maintenance are no longer accepted, while clients 4 to 8 weeks past due may still book. A $25 late fee applies if a client arrives after the 15-minute grace period following a phone call. Deposits are non-refundable, but if a client cancels within 24 hours the deposit goes toward one rescheduled service, and if the salon cannot reschedule a cancelled appointment the deposit is fully refunded. The youngest client served is 5 years old, provided the child can sit for a long period and is comfortable having their hair done. Prices may change, and clients are emailed about changes. Clients can buy products in-house during their appointment.

The Microlocs Mastership training is a private, one-on-one two-day course with eight hours per day and a one-hour lunch break. It costs $2,000, with a $500 deposit to hold the date and the remaining $1,500 due at least two weeks before the training. The course covers all three methods of microlocs installation, parting, sizing, sectioning, client consultation and business tips. The salon describes the training as built around precision, structure and excellence, and says it prepares students to accept clients right after completing it. Training payments are non-refundable unless the salon cancels, and a student may reschedule once with at least 14 days' notice. Participants bring a clean, pre-washed mannequin head, with Afro-textured hair preferred.
