Facials make up a large part of the menu, from 30-minute express treatments to 60- and 75-minute clinical facials built around G.M. Collin skincare. The spa recommends its clinical facials in a series of six to eight treatments, and describes its G.M. Collin products as award-winning. Massage is offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions, and waxing covers the face and body. Two couples' treatment rooms allow two people to have massage side by side, and massage and waxing can be paired with a facial.

Before a visit, clients are asked to complete the intake form at least 24 hours ahead and to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, since late arrivals may have treatment time shortened. Clients can request a male or female therapist, or ask for their previous therapist, and can adjust light, music volume, table temperature, pressure and conversation level. Afterward, clients are asked to leave the treatment room within five or ten minutes, and a relaxation area is available for staying longer. Phones are kept on silent, and any concern goes first to the therapist, then to the concierge or manager.

Booking requires a valid credit card on file, and online booking is open 24 hours a day. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Services are not refunded, but a client unhappy with a service can contact the spa within 72 hours for a credit for the same service, usable within 60 days. Gift certificates in any amount can be bought online through Vagaro or in person. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 9am to 4pm.

The spa describes its massage sessions as customized to each client's needs, and its facials are built around G.M. Collin products and treatment series.
