The hair salon sessions are time-based, running from a 30-minute express visit to a 4-plus-hour specialty appointment, with options in between. Every salon session includes a consultation, a luxury shampoo, a color-lock or bond-building treatment, a scalp and neck massage, a trim, and a blowout with iron styling. Color and haircut work is paced by upkeep: maximum every 4 to 5 weeks, medium every 6 to 12 weeks, and minimal at 12 weeks or more. Men's precision cuts, curly haircuts done dry, gloss refreshes and grey coverage are all offered.
The event and makeup side of the business covers bridal work, including a bridal preview with an in-depth consultation and trial, a bridal day makeup session with optional add-ons for bridesmaids and mothers, and a team option for larger bridal parties. There are also rehearsal dinner makeup sessions on location or in the suite, red carpet and gala makeup, hourly or full-day touch-ups, and event hairstyling with updos, Hollywood waves and half-up styles.
Creative work includes photoshoot and editorial makeup, long-wear HD makeup with skin prep and custom lash application, and special effects character looks from the 1920s to the 1950s, priced by custom quote. Clients are offered complimentary beverages and light refreshments during services, and silent appointments with soft music are available on request.
Every service begins with a detailed consultation, and clients leave with maintenance and at-home care tips.
