Treatments are done without water. The work relies on warm towels, paraffin wax and an exfoliating scrub. The menu includes several manicure and pedicure combinations, some with a hand exfoliation and hand massage, along with gel, natural, regular polish and powder dip options.
The menu is organized into groups. Individual visits cover gel, natural, sport and elderly basic sets. Medi-Mel nail care focuses on diabetic nail care, using clip and file exfoliation with warm towels. Alpha Male nail care is offered as its own line of mani-cure and foot treatment services.
Spa party events are designed for groups of eight to ten guests, with spa decor setup and gift bags included. Options include princess or prince parties with a waterless mani or kiddy foot mask, sweet 16 sets with rhinestone toe polish, and bridal party packages with French manicures for groups of ten, where additional guest fees apply. Partnership services are offered at the spas and hair salons that refer clients, at those facilities.
Reservations can be held with a partial payment taken by text, or paid in full online for a confirmation. Deposit bookings settle the remaining balance at the end of service. A reminder text goes out the day before, and if there is no response within two to three hours the deposit is forfeited as a no-show. If an emergency forces a reschedule, the voucher is kept on file for a later date. Gift cards and online payments are accepted. The business states that it is licensed, bonded and certified.
