Services are for natural nails only, so tips and extensions are not offered. Clients are asked to arrive no more than 10 minutes early, and arriving 10 minutes late counts as a cancellation and a no-show. A missed appointment without notice must be paid in full before another can be booked, and a second no-show prevents future bookings.
