Clients can book online. A new client's first appointment centers on what they want from their skin, their skin history, and the routine they currently follow, and those details shape the customized facial and treatment plan that follows. The Custom Acne Facial opens with a consultation and skin analysis and includes a plan for care at home. According to the studio, this facial works best when booked as a series. New clients might be asked to place a small deposit to reserve an appointment, and that deposit goes toward the cost of the service.

Body treatments cover the back, legs, stomach, arms, neck, armpits and inner thighs, and include a back facial, body exfoliation, lymphatic circulation, body peels and microneedling for stretch marks and post-surgery scarring. Microneedling is not performed over active breakouts. The 12-Week Clear Skin Program combines three acne facials, three PCA peels and a microneedling finish, with a home care kit and weekly check-ins; it is priced at $799 or three payments of $279, against a listed value of $905 or more.

Payment is due at the appointment by Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. Packages are bought by contacting the studio directly and are paid the same way. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the service are charged 30% of the service price.

Treatments are planned around each client's skin, using custom facials, PCA chemical peels and microneedling for breakouts, scarring and dark spots.
