New guests start by submitting an online consultation form. Each service is then tailored to the individual's hair, goals and the time they have available, and an estimated time and investment is emailed after the form is submitted. The In Depth Consultation is a session for building a long-term color plan. Most new guests can expect to spend between $300 and $500 on a first visit.
Appointments reserve with a $75 deposit, which is applied toward the visit. The deposit is forfeited if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service. Clients can reach the salon by text during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, at (682) 710-3379.
A visit includes a relaxing shampoo and a consultation before the service begins. Cellophane Treatment, a clear gloss for added shine, can be added to a color service at 50% off or booked on its own. It is free from ammonia, alcohol and peroxide.
Services are customized to each client's hair, goals and schedule, and a consultation comes before the color work so that results can be planned over time.
